What is Neighbor 2 Neighbor?

Neighbor 2 Neighbor is a family support and advocacy group, partnering with Rural Children's Initiative (RCI). This group is comprised of families dealing with mental health issues or anyone wanting to be a support. RCI is part of a federal cooperative agreement between Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Hale County, Central Plains Center, and the Llano Estacado Alliance for Families (LEAF).  This group effort is designed to create seamless, coordinated services through the Wraparound Approach.
